You can now quit smoking the Allen Carr way, thanks to shopping at Tesco and collecting Tesco Clubcard Vouchers, which from today can be exchanged to pay for all or part of an Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking Clinic.
Using Clubcard Deals Tesco shoppers can trade their Clubcard Vouchers to receive 4X their value so for every £10 of Clubcard Vouchers shoppers will receive £40 towards course fees.
Nick McCormack, Tesco Clubcard, said: “We know that quitting smoking is at the top of many customers’ ‘list of things to do’ this month. Our instore pharmacies already offer support and advice on how to kick the habit and we hope that Clubcard’s link with Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking Clinic’s will prove just as popular and helpful in encouraging people to stop smoking.”
Allen Carr's Easyway method is a totally different approach to stopping smoking. The focus of the course is to examine and remove the smoker's belief that there is anything beneficial to smoking. The course allows the smoker to realise that quitting smoking need not be as traumatic as it may have been during their previous attempts using other methods.
Most smokers who experience Allen Carr's Easyway method quit smoking without withdrawal, craving, weight gain or any desire to light up again. The course lasts about 5 hours in a group of up to 25 other smokers. There are over 30 Allen Carr’s Easyway clinics in the UK where Tesco customers can benefit from this successful method.
Sir Richard Branson and Anthony Hopkins are advocates of this famous method of quitting smoking. Allen Carr, who quit his 100 a day addiction in 1983, built his reputation through the recommendation of successful clients. His organisation has over 100 centres in more than 35 countries.

I attended easy way to stop smoking last month led by Emma.
I thought I was 1 of the 'special' ones who this course would not work for. I couldn't imagine life without cigarettes but knew that was what I wanted. I am due to get married in September and my partner was desperate for me to stop smoking. I didn't want to be a fag ash bride.
