Hi,
I attended the smoking clinic with you on November 12th and just wanted to say a big thankyou! 12 fag free weeks on Saturday and i can't imagine going back to it. I hadn't even noticed how i was constantly beating myself up about smoking - at the age of 43 and with a friend already dead from lung cancer i was obsessed with my own mortality. Its only now I've stopped and that huge weight of anxiety has gone that i am aware how much it was eating away at me.
