I attended easy way to stop smoking last month led by Emma.
I thought I was 1 of the 'special' ones who this course would not work for. I couldn't imagine life without cigarettes but knew that was what I wanted. I am due to get married in September and my partner was desperate for me to stop smoking. I didn't want to be a fag ash bride. I had been nervous about the 10 hour flight to Cuba on our honeymoon without a fag. My partner told me she felt second best to cigarettes.
My life had been a struggle before and I had experienced many years of mental illness believing cigarettes were my friends who got me through the hard times.
Being able to stop smoking has meant we now have everything we've ever asked for.
We are happy beyond belief and are looking forward to an amazing smoke free life together.
I have not had a cigarette for over a month and LOVE being a non-smoker.
